You can book your stay at Jaden Kreyol directly with the owners by indicating your dates and the number of persons. A downpayment will be required, payable by credit card or bank transfer.

Rental policy

Reservation

A downpayment of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

Balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation

100% of prepaid payments are refundable if cancelled 30 day(s) prior to arrival or earlier.

No refund if cancelled within 30 days.

Modification - Postponement

Free date changes, subject to availability. Postponement of stay to later dates is free more than 30 days before the initially scheduled arrival. Fees may apply less than 30 days.

Damage deposit

No deposit required. Lost or broken items will need to be replaced (allowance for dishes).

Services and prices

Price includes

- accommodation for the number of people booked

- the equipment and supplies listed in the description on the home page

- water, gas and electricity charges, but not waste. We ask that you turn off the air conditioners in your absence. We reserve the right to turn off the air conditioners remotely if the tenant leaves them on in their absence. If you insist on leaving the air conditioners on in your absence, a supplement of €5/day may be charged.

- City tourist tax: 0,50€/day/person

Extras proposed

- First day shopping: We can provide in the cottage what you need to prepare a snack on the evening of your arrival (omelet, pasta) and have a full breakfast in the morning. 15€/person.

- Charging an electric vehicle (on a mains socket, 220V no fast charging station): €10/day

- Exit cleaning fee €60. We ask the tenant to return the accommodation in the initial state of cleanliness. If you do not wish to clean on the day of departure, you can do the minimum: gather dirty laundry and trash, clean dishes... We will take care of the rest.

Here you book directly with the owners and you save on average 15% on the price of your stay. Yes, as you can imagine, rental companies pass on the amount of commissions charged by the platforms, and if this is not the case, it is you who will have to pay “service fees”.
